Download Your Files

We are retiring the existing FileString service. While we had intended to await the availability of the new FileString service, a third-party vendor has disabled a key feature of the existing FileString service such that the service is no longer fully operable. The existing FileString service will be shut down on August 10, 2018. After this date, you will not be able to access your sent or received files. To assure security of files, all encrypted files on the existing FileString service will be irrevocably destroyed.

We’ve added a feature to the existing FileString service to enable you to download your files. Follow the instructions below.

FileString secure document sharing

STEP 1: Login to the FileString web application. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from this page.

FileString free file sharing

STEP 2: Select a file you want to download.

NOTE: You may only download one file at a time and you cannot download entire folders.

FileString online file transfer

STEP 3: Click the “download” button at the top. The button has a cloud shape with a downward pointing arrow inside the cloud.
